Payment
This is required with order by cheque or
credit card.
Packaging
All of our products, except Caps, Tea Towels,
Badges, Balloons and Hats are individually wrapped
in a poly bag at no extra cost, for orders up to 200
items.
Colours
The colours available in the different
qualities vary and different makes can vary in colour.
Customer Service
If there are any other garments or manufacturers not
mentioned in this website that you require, please
call for a quote as we can obtain most products or
if you require specially manufactured garments please
call as we can obtain most products .
Delivery
Delivery is normally 2 weeks from receipt of order,
but ask if you have a deadline to meet. We despatch
by next day carrier to your address in mainland
Britain and charge£8.50 + VAT for orders up to and
including £300.00 (excluding VAT). Orders over £300.00
(excluding VAT) are charged at 3%.Orders over £1000
we would quote for.

Printing
The price quoted in the brochure includes a one
colour print on to one side of the garment. Charge
for printing on the back or sleeve as well as front
60p + VAT per garment. For each extra colour add
15p + VAT per garment.
Screen Charges
Each colour printed requires 1 screen @ £10.00 + VAT.
For a colour change during printing £10.00 + VAT.
Artwork
Creative artwork is available on request or we can
work from your drawings. A copy will be sent prior
to printing.
Please ask for a quote.
Lettering is charged at £10.00 + VAT. Artwork can
be supplied on film providing that it is actual
size, clean, crisp and opaque. It is preferred that
the artwork is supplied on film emulsion side up
and as a positive image.
If there is more than one colour in the logo then
each colour must be supplied on separate plates.
Please ensure that the artwork is in register before
sending. If there are halftones incorporated in
the design, please phone before outputting to film
to ensure the correct settings are applied. If films
are supplied below standard or do not meet the above
requirements, an artwork charge will apply. Camera
ready artwork must be supplied as a bromide or clear
and crisp laser copy – black or red on white. If
there is more than one colour in the logo then each
colour must be supplied on separate plates or sheets
of paper.
Do not fold camera ready artwork as this can damage
the image.
PC Compatible files can be supplied on most formats.
Corel Draw (version 8 or below) is preferred or
any other vector program that is compatible with
Corel Package (illustrator, Microsoft Word etc.)
Bitmaps of designs can be accepted, (JPEG, TIFF,
GIF, BMP) providing they are of high resolution
(600dpi or above) and colour separable if required.
We can accept artwork saved in the above formats
on 3.5” floppy disks, zip disks, cd’s and also by
e-mail or ISDN. Please send all disks in a protective
cover to avoid damage during transit and with a
colour visual if possible. Disks can be returned
if requested.

Please make sure that file names are no longer
than four characters long.
Macintosh Compatible files can be saved in Adobe
illustrator (version 8 or below), Adobe Photo shop
(version 5 or below) or Quark Express (Version 4.04
or below). Please ensure that all logos are colour
separable.
We can accept artwork saved in the above formats
on 3.5” floppy disks, zip disks, cd’s and by e-mail
or ISDN. Please send all disks in a protective cover
to avoid damage during transit and with a colour
visual if possible. Disks can be returned if requested.

Quantity Discount
To calculate the discount applicable for your order
add together the total number of printed garments,
eg: 15 T-Shirts and 16 Sweatshirts = 31 items.
The discount for your order is in the 25-49 column
of each type except Jackets, Sports Bags, Badges,
Hats, Caps, Ties, Tea Towels, Football Shirts; Socks
and Shorts are excluded.
This discount applies to one design.

Prices Quoted
It includes up to 6,000 stitches in any
one location. It also includes cost of garment.
Origination
If your design consists of text only
(in a standard font that we have) there is no fee
with a maximum of up to 6,000 stitches.
However, if your design incorporates
a specific logo, there will be an origination charge
based on the number of stitches in your design. Charged
at £4.00 + VAT per 1000 stitches.
An average breast pocket sizes logo
has approx 6,000 stitches.
The charge is a one-off charge.
Individual names at an extra cost of £2.00 + VAT
per garment.
Artwork can be sent for embroidery
using the same methods as for printed goods.
There is no need for the artwork to be colour separated.
A high resolution is not vital, therefore, faxed
artwork or letterheads etc are suitable provided
the exact size and colours of the design are specified.
Quantity Discount
